Shipping & Returns
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent through ASM for domestic deliveries and DHL for international deliveries. For any of the two shipping options, PROOF provides a link so you can track the status of your delivery online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as shipping costs. The handling fees are fixed, while the transport rates vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We can not group two separate orders separately, and the shipping rates will apply to each one.
To proceed with the return of an item you will have to contact PROOF through email@example.com and indicate the order number and the reason for it, if it is for a change of size, model or if its defect requires the refund of the money. The refund will never include the shipping costs of the first delivery.
